✨Inappropriate Behavioral Policy✨

Massage Therapy services provided by Serenity & Wellness Studio is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes ONLY! We do not offer sexual services of any sort. Suggestive comments, sexual innuendos, touching of a massage therapist in an inappropriate way, will result in the termination of the massage session and the client will not be allowed to return for further massages. Our full fee will be expected. Depending on the behavior exhibited we may also file a report with the local authority if necessary.

✨Cancellations Policy and Fees:✨ 

Your sessions are reserved especially for you. I value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.

Your must deposit must be paid in full before your appointment is secured. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, but do go towards your service. If I cancel you will receive a full refund if deposit.

*Please notify me of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment.
